With most WordPress carousel sliders, you don’t get the option to make a specific slide active by default. So if you want to make a specific slide active in a carousel slider, it can be a bit challenging but not so with the Carousel Anything block from The Plus Blocks for Gutenberg. With our Carousel Anything block, you can easily choose any slide as the active slide.

Requirement – This block is a part of The Plus Blocks for Gutenberg, make sure its installed & activated to enjoy all its powers.
To do this add the block on the page and after you’ve created your slides go to the Style tab, Layout > Active Slide and from the dropdown choose the slide number you want to set as active.
